2. Service Booking and Confirmation

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled service.

Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount.

If cleaners cannot access the property at the agreed time, the service will be considered completed, and payment will still apply.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Service Delivery

Cleaners are trained professionals who follow strict quality and safety standards.

The Client must ensure access to water, electricity, and safe working conditions.

Property keys provided to the Company will be securely handled and returned upon service completion.

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or use of faulty materials.
6. Liability and Insurance

The Company maintains liability insurance for accidental damage or injury during service.

Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.

The Company is not liable for consequential losses, indirect damages, or loss of income resulting from service delays or issues.
7. Client Responsibilities

The Client must remove valuable, fragile, or personal items before service.

If pets are on the premises, they must be secured for safety purposes.

The Client agrees not to solicit or directly employ Company staff for personal work during or after the service relationship.
8. Health, Safety, and Conduct

The Company adheres to UAE health and safety regulations and uses approved cleaning materials.

Cleaners have the right to refuse service if they encounter unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.

Any form of harassment or abuse toward Company staff will result in immediate termination of the service.
9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of the Company.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
